We are a consultancy firm focused on serving the real estate rental market. Our objective is to provide marketing and publishing solutions for medium to large-sized property management and/or landlords throughout the Canadian Apartment Rental Industry.

Partner Publisher of a seasonal entertainment guide for Toronto distributed locally. My role was securing local advertisers, primarily local event organizers and nightclub promoters.

Partner Publisher of a "Program Guide for the Canadian Urban Music Awards" (CUMA) formerly Mic Check Music Awards. Primarily responsible for securing corporate sponsorship in addition to selling lower-level sponsorships to a variety of businesses for our annual awards showcase.

My main objective was to secure clients for our in-house Graphic Design division. Clients included advertisers from our monthly Urban Canadian Entertainment Magazine and securing small to medium-sized businesses throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Since my first foray into the Apartment Rental Industry in 1999, I have worked with several organizations, ranging from Property Management firms including Revenue Properties, Berkeley Property Management, and Hollyburn Properties. Property Management Consulting companies such as Derek A. Lobo and Associates along with Bonnie Hoy and Associates. Property Management service providers such as Online Apartment Finder: Viewit .ca. This experience has prepared me to address the varying needs of landlords in the ever-changing Apartment Rental Industry.
